Terms of sale
These terms apply to every purchase from Golden Oko Parts through GoldenOKO.
Products
Unless marked otherwise, parts are used original-equipment parts removed from donor vehicles. Photos are of the actual part. Descriptions, part numbers and vehicle information are provided in good faith; you are responsible for confirming fitment before ordering (we're glad to help with a VIN).
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and are set at 10% below our current eBay price for the same part. Because most parts are one of a kind, an item is only yours once payment is complete; during checkout it is held briefly for you. If a part becomes unavailable before payment completes, you'll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Sales tax is charged where required. Orders that include freight items are invoiced after we quote shipping; nothing is charged until you pay the quote.
Shipping
All orders ship; there is no local pickup. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Freight deliveries must be inspected before signing, and damage noted on the delivery receipt, for a claim to be honored.
Returns and warranty
All parts are inspected and photographed before listing. If a part arrives damaged or is not as described, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Electrical parts, opened seals and parts that have been installed are not returnable. Engines and transmissions marked with a warranty carry the warranty stated on the listing, starting on the delivery date. Warranty covers the part only and does not cover labor, fluids, towing or consequential damage.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any part is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for labor, towing, rental cars, lost time or other consequential costs.
Offers and messages
Offers are invitations to negotiate; a sale occurs only when you complete checkout at the accepted price. Please keep messages civil — we reserve the right to decline service.
