Will this part fit my vehicle?
Each part shows the donor vehicle's year range, make and model, and many have the manufacturer's compatibility list. Use “Does it fit my vehicle?” on the part page to decode your VIN and compare, or message us your VIN and we'll confirm before you order.
Are prices really 10% below eBay?
Yes. Every part is listed on our eBay store too; on this site the price is the eBay price minus 10% because there are no marketplace fees. If eBay's price changes, ours updates automatically within minutes.
Can I make an offer?
Most parts accept offers. Sign in, click “Make an offer”, and a person answers within a few hours during business hours. If we accept, you get a link to check out at your price. Offers below the auto-decline threshold are declined immediately.
Can I pick up at the yard?
No — we're online-only. For insurance reasons customers can't be on the yard, so everything ships, including engines and doors.
How does freight work?
Large parts ship LTL on a pallet. At checkout you request a quote; we price shipping to your exact address, email you a payment link, and hold the parts until the quote expires. Business addresses with a dock are cheapest; homes need a liftgate.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are pulled, inspected and packed within 1–2 business days. Ground parts arrive in 1–5 business days; freight typically 3–7 business days after payment.
What if the part arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us from your order page within 7 days with photos. We'll make it right — return label, replacement or refund depending on the case.
Do engines come with a warranty?
Engines and transmissions marked with a warranty carry the term shown on the listing, starting at delivery. The warranty covers the part itself, not labor, fluids or consequential damage.
How do I sign in?
There's no password. Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. Your orders, messages and offers live in your account.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to street addresses in the United States.
