Ground shipping (most parts)

Parts marked Free shipping ship at no charge by UPS or FedEx Ground with tracking. Parts marked with a flat charge (oversized panels, wheel sets) ship the same way; the charge is shown on the part and at checkout. Orders are pulled, inspected and packed within 1–2 business days; transit is typically 1–5 business days within the continental US.

LTL freight (engines, transmissions, doors, hoods, bumpers, seats, beds)

Large parts (engines, transmissions, doors, hoods, bumpers, seats, truck beds) ship LTL freight on a pallet. Request a quote and we will price shipping to your address before you pay.

• At checkout you request a quote instead of paying. We hold the parts for you while we price freight to your exact address.
• You'll get an email with the freight price, carrier and a payment link — usually within one business day. Quotes are valid for the period shown (typically 7 days).
• Delivery to a business with a loading dock or forklift is cheapest. Residential delivery needs a liftgate truck (extra fee) and someone present to receive and inspect the pallet.
• The carrier calls ahead to schedule. Inspect the freight before signing; note any damage on the delivery receipt so a claim can be filed.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the United States. Carriers can't deliver auto parts to PO boxes, so a street address is required. We are an online store: every order ships, and there is no walk-in counter or local pickup.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed and posted to your order page the moment a label is created. Freight shipments show the carrier's PRO number and, where available, a tracking link.

Damage in transit

Every part is photographed before it's packed. If something arrives damaged, message us from your order page within 7 days with photos of the part and the packaging so we can file a claim and make it right.
